Let’s face it in most cases horsepower does not come cheap. When you buy a Harley Davidson motorcycle you are really buying the "starter kit.” It’s very rare that we work on a motorcycle that is completely stock.       Step 1: A proven way to extract a few extra horsepower from your motorcycle is by installing a set of NGK Iridium sparkplugs. Dyno testing shows a gain of 2 to even 5 additional horsepower from the installation of these plugs as compared to stock. These sparkplugs are standard equipment in our stage-one kits as we install them in every Harley we tune. Step 2:  Another way to both increase your motorcycle’s horsepower as well extending its lifespan is to install quality lubricants. We use K&N oil filters in every full service oil change we perform. K&N oil filters combined with Amsoil or Mobil1 synthetic oils will increase horsepower. On average 2 or more horsepower can be extracted from the use of these products.        Step 3: An inexpensive way to increase the power of your motorcycle is to install an OEM style replacement K&N air    filter. Over a period of time this filter pays for itself. You will never have to purchase another air filter again. We also stock the re-charger kit from K&N. This kit is necessary to maintain the performance of your K&N filter.
